It’s hard for some people to get their head around the fact that IT Service Management/Assurance (ITSM/A) extends outwards beyond the IT department.
Recently, I was networking with new contacts in a company, had explained that we provide solutions in ITSM/A, and then asked for connections in the company that would be interested in our solutions. “I do not have any connection in IT”, was the response.
My response was that it didn’t matter. Our work reaches beyond IT, especially when it comes to SmartView, our operations and business dashboard architecture. SmartView provides performance views tailored for various departments and user roles.
For example, we deployed SmartView for the City of New York to provide single pane of glass visibility and control of the IT delivering services to departments, employees, businesses, citizens, and tourists. Check out this video of SmartView for New York City.
So, ITSM/A appeals to CEOs attempting to gain a competitive advantage with services, CFOs interested in productivity, and CIOs wanting better infrastructure visibility and control.
Give me a call and I’ll set-up a live, interactive demo of SmartView that shows the benefits across the organization.
